Representation in tax matters

We prepare and submit intra-year returns (advance VAT returns, ZM, Intrastat returns, monthly contribution base returns) and annual returns (tax returns, municipal tax and DGA levy returns, annual wage slips) to the relevant authorities.

If levies are imposed by the authorities by means of notices, we check the correctness of the notices.

In the event of audits by the tax authorities, we are the first point of contact for the authorities as your representatives.

If taxes are unjustly assessed or if you are unjustly subjected to financial penal proceedings, we will defend you and appeal with you all the way to the highest courts to enforce your rights.
